Gained experience as Head Social Work Services in my province.
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
Budgeting for club funds, handling allocated budget to my Division, running a club officers training on a budget.
What experience do you have in developing procedures?
Helped develop service levels / standards for my work place, procedures in our NGP I work for.
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
Collaboration, support and coaching / mentoring are valuable to a leader and use for their own leadership development.

To contribute to the quality and advancement of Toastmaster values
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
Empowering individuals to become more effective leaders and communicators and support clubs to achieve excellence. I have mentored clubs and assisted clubs as service to achieving quality meetings.
