Strategic planning is a central part of my job and I have significant experience in it.
What experience do you have in the area of finance?
Understanding financials in my day job is critical and so this is a skill I've had to learn and build on over the past 15 years.

I have some experience through some of the projects I've managed,
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?
When you are working with people who dont get a salary to get things done, you need to elevate your influence and inspire people to greatness.
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?
I am motivated by results and progress and I believe TM needs leaders like me to take it forward.
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?
We want to change people's lives and create confident leaders. The leadership challenge is a huge one across the African continent and through our Toastmasters program, we can begin to impact change step by step.
