Congratulations to the Heroes, winners of the Golden Quarter Challenge !

The Golden Quarter Trophy is awarded to the Division that sees the highest % growth in the first quarter of the Toastmasters year (July – September). Division H Director, Omega Mwanza, motivated and inspired her team of Area Directors and Club Leaders to ensure that 385 members renewed and 56 new members started their journey in the existing clubs. Additionally 3 new clubs, L’Avenir, iSolutions & First Toast were chartered in Division H.

The secret of the Golden Quarter Challenge is that “we never recover from a good start” – Francois Roux, DTM, Past Division D Director.  The enabler is the new clubs, that has taken Division H’s growth over the top of the next closest Division.

Maud Nale, Area H2 Director has the following to say “Division H winning the Golden Quarter Challenge is the culmination of a collective team effort and commitment to achieving excellence and has been a strong morale boost needed to start the Toastmasters year strong.”
