Conference Objective
The Objective of this conference is to equip you with world class leadership and communication skills to help you show up as the best version of yourself in your career, profession and or business. This training and experience is not in the usual Toastmasters curriculum. You will also get great opportunity to deeply connect with other fellow Toastmasters who are also in this great growth journey with you.
Educational Tracks
There will be three educational tracks running simultaneously and available to all delegates throughout RoaRCon 2025 as follows:
- Leadership Track – these presentations will be delivered by successful leaders in industry and communities, who will share their stories and help our delegates identify relevant skills required to be effective modern leaders who can make a difference in their workplace, teams, and communities. These 60-minute sessions available during Conference will be relevant for current and future managers, supervisors, and team leaders, board and committee members, entrepreneurs and employers as well as community, educational and religious principals, managers and leaders.
- Communication Track – these presentations will be delivered by successful professionals who have achieved recognition through their voice and message and have succeeded in having others listen purposefully. They will share their guidance based on their own experience of relevant and sought-after skills in our modern physical and digital spaces to achieve success. These 60-minute sessions available during Conference will be relevant for current and future professional keynote and motivational speakers, team and committee members, influencers and those looking to create their own content, as well as office professionals, consultants and freelancers.
- Networking Track – these sessions presented in and outside the conference Venue will be delivered as interactive sessions where relevant skills will be learnt and practised, connecting, and building relations with fellow attendees. The subject matter covered will include Exhibitions from various sectors, with OPTIONAL EXTRA visits to the heart of the area. These sessions available during Conference will be relevant to current and future managers, supervisors, and team leaders, entrepreneurs and employers, community, educational and religious principals, managers and leaders, team and committee members as well as office professionals, consultants and freelancers.
Certificates of Attendance
RoaRCon 2025 delegates will be able to register for their preferred sessions across all three tracks and are not expected to focus on and attend only the sessions in one track.
Personalised Certificates of Attendance will be issued to each of our delegates to confirm their in-person participation in specific sessions.

While seats are available, Toastmaster Members can purchase individual Full Conference Experience tickets for RoaRCon 2025 for an investment of R7,900 per person until 28 February 2025.

- For the morning, be ready for the OPTIONAL EXTRA EVENTS, to explore the area and see what Muldersdrift has to offer as we take the tour to the Cradle of Humankind and the Lions Park. The day has not come to an end before you can hear from our esteemed guest as she delivers a keynote address on ‘The Future of Communication.
