Toastmasters District 74, also known as Toastmasters Southern Africa, was established in 1978 as a non-profit organisation to help corporate and community groups in Southern Africa develop presentation, public speaking and leadership skills.

Toastmasters Southern Africa boasts incredible growth that caused a powerful replication on 1 July 2024 when District 74 multiplied into 2 Districts (D74 & D129). Currently District 74 has over 110 clubs in Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and a LARGE portion of South Africa.

We have valuable corporate partners such as Nedbank, Old Mutual, Standard Bank, Vodacom, and many other corporates that have tapped into the huge value that the Toastmasters programme provides to develop essential skills as they use this highly affordable Learning and Development Programme.

The organisation has helped many members of communities and companies to become confident with powerful presentations, while developing to be more effective communicators and leaders.
