District 74 Incentives Program – Club Fitness Rewards (CFR)

At Toastmasters District 74, we believe in recognising and rewarding the dedication of our members, clubs, and leaders. Our Incentives Program is designed to celebrate your achievements, motivate continued growth, and support the journey toward excellence. Whether you’re building membership, chartering new clubs, or achieving educational goals, there’s an incentive to inspire you. Explore the various challenges and rewards available throughout the year—and let your progress be celebrated!

🎯 Member Rewards

1. Powerful Personal Progress Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Register TWO or more educational awards by 30 November.
• Reward: Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

2. Super Five Member Sponsor Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Sponsor 5 individual members by 30 June. Sponsoring means inviting and supporting guests until they join (not paying for them).
• Reward: Pin from Toastmasters International, Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

3. Super Ten Member Sponsor Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Sponsor 10 individual members by 30 June.
• Reward: Pin from Toastmasters International, Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

4. Super 15 Member Sponsor Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Sponsor 15 individual members by 30 June.
• Reward: 25% off Toastmasters International Online Store, Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

5. Triple Crown Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Register THREE or more educational awards within the Toastmasters year (by June 30).
• Reward: Pin from Toastmasters International, Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

6. The Magic Five Reward

• Who: Member
• Criteria: Register five or more educational awards within the Toastmasters year (by June 30).
• Reward: Outstanding Member Pin, Recognition in Hall of Fame, Certificate, and Celebrated on D74 Social Media.

7. Golden New Club Sponsor Reward

• Who: Sponsor
• Criteria: Sponsor a new club during the Golden Quarter.
• Reward: 30% off May Conference registration for each club chartered, plus a Trophy. 

8. Distinguished Ready Mentor Reward

• Who: New Club Mentor
• Criteria: Mentor a club to reach distinguished-ready status by 30 March in the year of charter.
• Reward: 20% off May Conference registration for each club chartered, plus a Trophy.

 

🏅 Club Rewards

9. DCP5 Sprint Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Achieve 5 DCP Goals by 31 December.
• Reward: A Trophy OR R300 CFR Voucher usable towards stock purchases or May Conference.

10. DCP10 Sprint Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Achieve 10 DCP Goals by 31 March.
• Reward: A Trophy OR R300 CFR Voucher usable towards stock purchases or May Conference.

11. Smedley Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members between 1 August and 30 September.
• Reward: R300 CFR voucher + ribbon from TI + up to R200 in boosted Facebook Ads.

12. Treasurer’s Excellence Reward – September

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Pay semi-annual dues for 20 members (or 100% if under charter strength) by 20 September.
• Reward: Trophy OR R300 Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

13. Treasurer’s Excellence Reward – April

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Pay semi-annual dues for 20 members (or 100% if under charter strength) by 20 March.
• Reward: Trophy OR R300 Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

14. Retention Reward – September

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Retain 75% of your membership by 1 October.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

15. Retention Reward – April

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Retain 75% of your membership by 1 April.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

16. Champion Club Growth Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Highest % growth in new/reinstated members per quarter, based on base membership (must be renewed on time).
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock, data, or May Conference.

17. Distinguished Ready Club Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Achieve 5+ DCP Goals + meet membership criteria by 31 March.
• Reward: Trophy OR R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

18. Full House Reward – First Round

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Have 7 club officers trained between June and August.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

19. Full House Reward – Second Round

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Have 7 club officers trained between November and February.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

20. Talk Up Toastmasters Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members between 1 February and 31 March.
• Reward: R300 Voucher + ribbon from TI + up to R200 in boosted Facebook Ads.

21. Beat the Clock Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members between 1 May and 30 June.
• Reward: R300 Voucher + ribbon from TI + up to R200 in boosted Facebook Ads.

22. Club Success Plan Reward

• Who: Club
• Criteria: Submit your Club Success Plan by 15 August.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

 

📌 Area Director Rewards

23. Golden Area Reward

• Who: Area Director
• Criteria: Charter a new club in the Golden Quarter.
• Reward: 20% off May Conference registration for the chartered club plus a Trophy.

24. Area Growth Champion Reward

• Who: Area Director
• Criteria: Highest percentage growth of new/reinstated members for each quarter, based on base membership.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

25. Area High Performer Reward

• Who: Area Director
• Criteria: Distinguished clubs equal to at least 50% of the Area’s club base plus one more Distinguished club and a net club growth of one by 30 April. Also, 100% Area Director Reports submitted by 30 August and 31 March.
• Reward: Trophy + R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

📌 Division Director Rewards

26. Golden Division Reward

• Who: Division Director
• Criteria: Charter a new club in the Golden Quarter.
• Reward: 10% off May Conference registration for each club chartered plus a Trophy.

27. Division Growth Champion Reward

• Who: Division Director
• Criteria: Highest percentage of new/reinstated members per quarter, based on base membership.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

28. Division High Performer Reward

• Who: Division Director
• Criteria: Distinguished clubs equal to at least 50% of the Division’s club base plus net growth of one by 30 April. Also, 100% Area Director Reports submitted by 30 August and 31 March.
• Reward: R300 CFR Voucher usable toward stock or May Conference.

 

📜 Terms & Conditions

• All vouchers and rewards must be claimed by 30 June.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed through the District 74 Shop/Stock Controller.
• All reward claims must comply with the qualifying criteria as outlined.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Some rewards include recognition in the District Hall of Fame and on official social media channels.
• Where applicable, rewards may include registration discounts for the District 74 May Conference.
