To honour and recognise the Area Director who has made a significant contribution to the goals and mission of his/her Area and District.

The recipient must be generally recognised by his/her fellow Toastmasters within the Area and District 74 for outstanding contributions in the following areas:

•meeting all minimum requirements of his/her function as set out in the Area Director’s Handbook (e.g. club visits, Club Officer Training, contests, reports, Area Council meetings)

•membership building and retention

•club extension

•education and training of Area officers and members.

•leadership, commitment and support.

•external public relations and promotion of Toastmasters.

•Involvement in District 74 affairs (e.g. conferences/contests)
