In our organisation, more than most organisations, every member truly matters and can make a difference to the success of their Club, their Area, their Division and our District!

Why do I say this?

The District Mission is “To build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving Excellence” and the success of achieving our mission lies in the hands of every member of the District. Every member who introduces a guest to our District takes a step towards helping  achieve the District Mission, every member who achieves an educational goal in their Club takes a step towards achieving the District Mission, every Leader who inspires a member or a fellow leader to Strive For Progress takes a step towards achieving the District Mission, every Club that achieves a Goal on the Distinguished Club Programme takes a step towards achieving the District Mission.

Every action you take as a Member, a Leader or as a Club makes a difference to the whole of District 74, no matter how big or small that action is. Collectively our actions ensure the success of the District as a whole.

At the Hall of Fame, held for the first time online, the Leaders and Members of District 74 were recognised for their contribution to the success of the District. I congratulate every single Member, Leader and Club that took action during the 2019/2020 Toastmaster year and were recognised for their contribution to the success of District 74.

At the end of the 2020/2021 Toastmaster Year, will you be recognised for your contribution to the success of District 74? Will your club be recognised for their contribution to the success of District 74? I look forward to congratulating you at the next Hall of Fame!!
