On the 8^th of September, 2020, the members of Egoli Golden City Toastmasters were making themselves ready for their first ever virtual Humorous Contest. This was a daring feat for the club. However the evening was a success, with a large number of members in attendance to view the humorous display of speeches right from the comfort of their own homes. The winner of the evening was Sheryl Mulligan, a Distinguished Toastmaster, with the speech title: “Who is really in charge?” which entertained the crowd tremendously. Congratulations Sheryl! And well done to the club!
