Through the established partnership between Vodacom Maputo Toastmasters Club and Rotaract Club of Maputo, Mozambique, a speech contest was launched on 25 August 2020 with the aim to help young people improve their public speaking and communication skills. To facilitate in managing the project, a joint commission with representatives from both clubs was created. From Vodacom Maputo Toastmasters Club, we had Shelton Joao (Current VPE) as the Vice-Director of the contest, Daisy Jardim (Current Secretary) as an Advisor and Loice Timana (Current VPPR) as an advisor.
