Toastmasters in Southern Africa are deeply saddened by the passing of one our own selfless servant leaders, Theo Swart. He was an Executive member of the District looking after Area I3 – clubs in the Johannesburg East.

“Theo passed away in the early hours of Saturday 16 February after a four-month-long fight against the effects of a case of autoimmune encephalitis.”

We appreciate the contribution Theo made in his 17 years as a Toastmaster. May his soul rest in peace.
