Now is the time for you to understand each of your member’s plans and goals for the year, if you haven’t already done so.  As a VPE it’s your role to help each of your members achieve their educational goals. If we don’t understand the goals of each member it is difficult to plan the agendas for the year.

This really helps us when it comes to real skills, as we can help each of our members ensure that their goals are SMART- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. As we use this in our personal lives, applying it to our professional work helps us keep track of our members’ goals as well as our own goals as club officers.
