As a Secretary, you can make your club’s voice be heard by the Board of Toastmasters International Directors. Please ensure that you assign your club’s proxy by 15 August.

Your club has important votes to cast during the Annual Business Meeting at the Toastmasters International Convention. Clubs will vote to elect international officers and directors to the 2018-2019 Board of Directors as well as Proposal A: an amendment to the Bylaws of Toastmasters International.

Your club can assign its proxy to Frank Tsuro, our District Director. Alternatively, you can assign this vote to a member of your club will be attending the Business Meeting on Saturday, August 25, at 7 a.m. in Chicago, Illinois.
To assign the club votes:
·         Go to http://www.toastmasters.org/clubcentral
·         Choose the club you are assigning proxies
·         Click on Assign/Delegate International Election Club Proxy
·         Select the option to Designate to District Director (or assign to a member           of your club who is attending the Business Meeting)
Only the Secretary and Club President are able to assign the club’s proxy. Let your club’s voice count!
