The end of a calendar year is a great time to reflect and plan for the year ahead. At Toastmasters, we are fortunate that the end of the calendar year, marks the half-way mark of the Toastmasters year. The current Toastmasters year started on 1 July 2018 and will end on June 30 2019.
As the Toastmasters calendar, winds down for the year, are you achieving your goals your set up for yourself? Are the members of your club achieving their goals? Perhaps this is a good time to review the Club Success plan and executive committee accountable to supporting the members fulfill their goals. What plans do you have to ensure that you are accountable to meeting your personal Toastmasters goals and those of you club’s executive committee?
Does each member of your club know about the Toastmasters promise and are they keeping their end of the bargain?

The Toastmasters Moments of Truth are excellent habits that will help your club RISE to the next level of excellence in our pursuit as #PeopleMakingHistory.
According to Einstein, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. As you and your committee make the necessary adjustments for the lessons learnt so far, I wish you all the best. May you continue to grow.
