Last week, it was announced that one of our own, Past District Director Frank Tsuro, DTM, has been appointed as Region Advisor for the 2021-2022 Toastmasters year, supporting Districts in West Africa (District 94), East Africa (District 114), Qatar (District 116), Pakistan (District 122 – PTC) and Southern Africa (District 74).
