Mentor/Mentee – Tsitsi Mpofu and Regai G. Gwande

One good mentor can be more informative than a college education and more valuable than a decade’s income – S Stepheson.

You will agree with me that mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction. They see more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and help bring it out of you. They are also someone you really enjoy listening and talking to. That’s my mentor, Tsitsi Mpofu who always finds time to follow up on me and provide support regardless of the task. Having an awesome mentor means to have someone who is open, honest, thoughtful, supportive, and engaged in your development.
