My name is Future Moyo from Dream Achievers Toastmasters Club in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. I joined Toastmasters in 2016 and DTM Zivai Matondo has been my mentor since then.

One thing I admire about DTM Zivai is her approach to goal setting and achieving. She sets goals and follows through till she achieves them and I have had an opportunity to learn that from her.

Through her inspiration I took up my current role, Area Z4 Director, which lifted a number of self imposed barriers and has boosted my confidence. I saw myself courageously applying for the Division Director role, through her mentorship because I now believe in myself. She has taught me to face my fears and to dream big! I am now the Division Z Director elect.

I look forward to becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster in the near future knowing I have her full support. I am forever grateful our paths crossed and through her mentorship, I have evolved to become a confident leader who can tackle any challenge. Indeed it’s true – Toastmasters is where leaders are made.
