The first time I attended a Toastmasters meeting was the 6th of March 2021. If I could describe that meeting in just one word, it would be ‘eloquence’. I was immediately hooked. I wanted that same level of communication excellence too. I went ahead and became a member of the Extraordinary Global Women Toastmasters club.

Personal development is one of my goals for the year 2021 as I am on a journey to reinvent myself. I have no doubt that the investment I made to join Toastmasters will yield returns far greater than I can even imagine. I am looking forward to stepping into my new role as Club Secretary and moving towards the goal of becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster.
