Toastmasters International reached an important milestone on the 22nd of October 2020 as we celebrated its 96th anniversary. What made the occasion more memorable for all members is that every paid up member got a free path of choice from the 11 Pathways options. As people, it is common for some to celebrate the birthdays of celebrities and other icons. We celebrate family birthdays too, but rarely do we celebrate birthdays of institutions that contribute greatly to society. Turning 96 with a record of integrity, respect, service and excellence is not a small achievement.

Institutions, individuals and society inseparably influence one another and society ultimately benefits from good institutions. Joanne Schmitt, the Division P Director knows this only too well as she gives it her all to empower her leaders to achieve their success. Read all about it in the interview I had with her.
