As we wrap up the year, I have mixed feelings. My team has worked hard and we have had a lot to celebrate along the way in this challenging year, considering that we are a young Division and the environment has not been the easiest. We are yet to achieve our primary goal as a Division but we remain focused on fighting to the end of the year.

The highlight of my year has been the times we have saved clubs that were almost closing due to various reasons.
